- What is the MAX Experience?
- The MAX Experience is an enjoyable and entertaining interactive web based coaching and mentoring program to help you improve your life. The MAX program is designed to be as near as possible to talking to a real person.

- Who is MAX?
- MAX is also the name of your virtual mentor and coach who’ll take you step by step through The MAX Experience. You listen to MAX speaking and read MAX’s words, and reply using text.

- What does Max’s program do?
- Max is a program to help you:
- Improve your decisions around money and spending
- Give you more confidence in making better spending decisions and sticking to them
- Build more options to choose from
- Build a better future

- How does it work?
- MAX asks you questions to find out how you can benefit from the program
- MAX then analyses your answers for you.
- If you agree with her analysis, MAX designs your program of exercises to achieve those benefits, and you then accept the exercises you want
- When you have worked through all your selected exercises with MAX you can progress to the next section, where MAX will have some more questions for you.
- When you have finished all the sections you have finished your program. There are additional practice exercises or “MISSIONS” to go through whenever you wish.

- How long will each part of the program take?
- There are five main parts, each dealing with different skill areas.
- Each part has its questions, analysis, exercises and in addition, some parts have practise exercises or MISSION sections.
- We recommend that you do NO MORE THAN one exercise a day and NO MORE THAN two exercises a week. Take it EASY! To make sure it works for you use your practice exercises or MISSIONS for a few days before moving on to the next exercise. Record the results of using these new techniques every day in your journal.
- Here’s a guide to the approximate times to complete each section within MAX (this doesn’t include TRACK). Take your time to get the most from them. MAX is designed so you can stop and carry on later anytime you like, just like a DVD:
- A questions section will take between five and ten minutes.
- There are between one and four exercises per part, and you can choose up to thirteen exercises in total. An exercise will take between ten and thirty minutes.
- Practise exercises take between ten and thirty minutes, and you can do these as often as you like for, as they will always be useful.
- So in summary, to get the most benefit, you should spend between ten and thirty minutes three times per week for at least six weeks with MAX, and ideally thirteen weeks, to cover all five parts. This is probably the same time as it would take to read an easy to read novel.
- After you have completed your exercises you can still use the practise exercises each time you have a situation where they would help.
- And of course, it will always be of benefit to complete your journal with your progress.

- What’s involved in completing the exercises?
- Each exercise is different. In some, MAX gives you tips to help in particular situations, in others she’ll help you use smart tools to do things more easily and there are some whacky skills she’ll show you to boost your confidence and courage.
- MAX gives you a MISSION for each exercise you complete, and this enables you to practice what you have gone through together.
- MAX continues to be beneficial long after you’ve completed all the exercises as there are extra MISSIONS for you to practice using MAX’s valuable tools to help you with all your spending and money decisions
- One of the most valuable things about the MAX experience is, you get to tell MAX, in your journal, the progress you’re making. Ideally to get the most benefit you’ll do this every day, even if you can’t do an exercise that day.

- Every time you go to the “Status Screen” you will see where you are on the “Route Map”.
